Harvest Time

In between the fall and senior sittings this weekend, I put aside time to spend with my wonderful family.  A favorite fall pastime of ours is our annual trip to Reynolds Farm in Waynesboro to the pumpkin patch.  Why is it always nearly impossible for a photographer to get nice images of their own children?  Guess it’s because they have heard all my lines before and must not think I’m too funny.  Though they did like their daddy pretending he was going to smash the pumpkin on my head.  Good one dad, LOL!!!  The first two images are from the farm, the last is in the field outside my studio, which the farmer is ready to harvest.  I ran out there super fast to capture this before the corn was gone!
